To start development on the new construction of the Chase Center (Warriors Stadium), all existing utilities needed to be located. It was unclear how current the existing plans were of the area, so it was imperative that we help determine the correct location and orientation of these utilities. The sensitivity of the lines required our teams to pothole for utilities to ensure accuracy and safety.
While potholing for utilities Pipe & Plant utilized precise hydro-excavation techniques to uncover and map out existing utilities for the client. Pipe and Plant also provided CCTV Panoramo Inspection of the existing storm lines to provide clarity as to the direction of flow and the condition of the pipelines.
