The Problem
Identifying the location of all Sanitary Sewer gravity pipelines throughout the Chevron Refinery. Once all assets are identified, PPSI is responsible for mapping all access points to the existing pipelines, performing thorough CCTV inspection using instruments such as the Panoramo SI, Panoramo Camera Crawler, Lateral Launch T 76, and Push Cameras.
Our Solution
To date, PPSI has inspected 317,000 LF of gravity pipelines of various sizes and material. Once all inspections have been performed and all reports are PACP coded, PPSI prepares a report on each location including all recommended pipeline maintenance and remediation. PPSI includes with its report a complete estimate for providing maintenance and repair as a turnkey service.
